These pictures were taken at Thay Phuc's farewell party on Friday 3-12-99. Thay Phuc is a very dedicated individual who is constantly working to improve Vovinam Viet Vo Dao in Texas and throughout the world. This is his retirement party. All Vovinam members in Houton with the ranking of yellow belt and up were invited to bid him a warm good-bye.
